In order to better serve our customers we have hireda help desk person to answer calls and log support tickets.

We hope this will be a valuable asset to our valued Rostech Customers.

Help will be available from 9am-9pm monday through Friday and 12-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.  Our goal is to have each customer reach a person right away or receive a call back within 2 business hours Monday -Friday or 4 hours on the weekends.

Second Level technical support will be available from Wednesday to Friday 9-5pm as it is currently. This includes installation and onsite service.

We have been low on staffing for a while and this has identified a need to for an immediate contact for customers.  This new helpdesk person will only handle low technical difficulty issues and asses and document the situation in our ticketing system before it is passed to our second level technical support person David Milner, or myself depending on my availability.

PLEASE BE ADVISED WE DO NO PROVIDE FREE PERSONAL COMPUTER HARDWARE, OPERATNG SYSTEM OR EMAIL CLIENT SUPPORT BEYOND PROVIDING THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO UTILIZE OUR INTERNET SERVICE.

Support IS available beyond the level included in your subscription on a PAY PER INCIDENT/HOURLY BASIS. 

If you require addition support beyond what is included, you will be asked to provide your credit card information for pre-authorization before any work will begin.  You will be advised of our rates at that time.  Providing your credit card information constitutes acceptance of our service and support terms and conditions location on this site.  If you wish to review those before paying for service, please do so by using the links provided in our main menu.
