In Memory of JamesOn January 16th, 2010 Rostech Wireless Communications and the Rosenblath family suffered a great loss not only to our family business but our family as well. James Rosenblath my Brother and Rostech's Customer Service Director and founding member of the Rostech, passed away in Kingston General Hospital at the young age of 31. James had battled for 10 years with colitis and crones but all the while did an excellent job with our customer service and was instrumental in our Success. He handled all phone calls, invoicing, inventory and installation scheduling as well as some technical support receiving and a host of other duties. In December James was diagnosed with Cancer. It wasn't until James was admitted to the hospital in early January that the doctors realized that the cancer had advanced to the last stage. James fought for a week and was regaining strength when he suffered lung failure and passed away peacefully in his sleep. We are doing our best to carry on and continue to build Rostech Wireless the best we can without the hard work of James and his commitment to excellent customer service, but we will miss his lovable nature, rapier sharp wit and gifted musical talent as a guitarist. James had a amazing presence and was the kind of person that people liked to be around. He will be remembered fondly in our hearts and minds forever. Bob Schroen and his wife Darleen are now handling the office calls and customer service and taking over where James left off. Sincerely, William A. C.
